How do I close my Wildz account?

We’ll be sorry to see you go. To permanently close your Wildz account, email Customer Support, giving your reasons where possible.

Note that account closures cannot be carried out on our website, and may only be requested via email. Be aware that in most cases, once you have closed your Wildz account on a permanent basis, you will not be permitted to open another account with us.
