I've forgot my login details. What should I do?

Don’t worry if you ever forget your login details. You can regain your account access by following our simple account recovery instructions:

Reset Password

Your password is reset by clicking ‘Forgot your password?’ on the login screen and entering the phone number stored on your Wildz account. You will then receive a confirmation code that lets you update your password.

Forgot Username

If you can’t remember the email address you used to sign up with Wildz, contact Customer Support via the Live Chat facility, or by emailing [email protected]. A dedicated member of the team will then be in touch to help you out.
